The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a full time assistant within our Private Client Department, assisting one of our Estate Administration specialists.

This is your chance to be part of a highly successful and close knit team as well as part of a progressive, commercially successful but also friendly firm.

Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate will have experience of assisting with all aspects of the estate administration process.

You should have an excellent telephone manner and be able to communicate through all mediums available with the recently bereaved as well as other third parties.

You should have the ability to work efficiently and, most importantly, accurately under pressure.

You should also be able to assist with ensuring that our files are compliant with our internal procedures and processes and for Lexcel accreditation and general secretarial duties and support.

The ideal candidate will also have excellent IT skills and be able to work well in a largely paperless environment.

The Team

The Private Client Department consists broadly of three teams: Estate Administration, Wills and LPAs and the Care, Capacity and Court of Protection Team.

The successful candidate will be part of the Estate Administration team within the Private Client Department.

The Department as a whole has a strong reputation in the local area for providing excellent client care and service.
