Completions/Post-Completions Assistant

A leading mid-Sussex law firm has a vacancy within its Residential Property Department for a Completions/Post-Completions Assistant.

We are looking for someone to join our small, dynamic team with a supportive ethos, to assist in the completion and registration of legal transactions. Candidates should have excellent time management, organisational and IT skills and should also be able to work under pressure.

Experience of working in a legal environment is not essential but would be helpful, and experience in dealing with completion matters would be ideal.

This is an administrative role which will involve other duties as required within the department and the wider Firm.

The successful candidate will be expected to provide ad hoc cover for the Legal Cashier, so accounts experience would also be advantageous.

Applicants must possess at least 5 GCSE’s Grade A* to C (9-4) including Maths and English.

This role will be full-time, from 9.00am to 5.30pm, based in our Haywards Heath office.
