A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a 1 to 2 PQE Solicitor or a Legal Executive to join our leading law firm located in Brighton and Hove.

This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of the team. You will be responsible for running your own caseload and reporting to the partners in the team.

The ongoing training and support provided, together with the opportunity to work alongside leaders in their field will make this a good career move for the successful candidate. They will have the opportunity to expand their legal knowledge in this area and develop invaluable commercial property and development skills.

The caseload will be varied and will include drafting/negotiating leases, acquisitions, refinances, and development.

You will have a good work ethic, be prepared to work as part of a busy team with enthusiasm and to possess a sound working knowledge of the law together with strong IT skills.

You will be joining a very busy team so you will need to be energetic, enthusiastic, work well under pressure and be a good team player. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate commitment and drive whilst delivering high quality service at all times.

Salary

£40,000 to £46,,000 per annum
