Autumn/Winter Series of Lunchtime Compliance Update Webinars

Due to the success of our series of 1 hour lunchtime webinars last Autumn/Winter and this Spring/Summer, we will be commencing a new series of 8  sessions (12noon – 1pm) on key topics starting on Tuesday, 3rd September and once again presented by Joanna Morris. You can choose to attend one or all of them. The cost of an individual session is £30 + VAT or you can buy the package of 8 for £200 + VAT.

Topics for each webinar will be published shortly. As everything in our legal world is changing so quickly, we have decided to continue to include in the series 2 quarterly compliance update webinars in which Jo will be going over all the changes that have happened in the previous three months.

Webinar details/application forms will be available when the topics titles are released. In the meantime, if you would like to book the series of sessions at £200 + VAT  for one or more people please let Jeanette Lacy Scott know.

The Presenter

Joanna Morris has over thirty years’ experience of working in solicitors’ practices from being a legal cashier, practice manager and training manager. Joanna is a freelance trainer and consultant, having previously been the Risk and Regulatory Compliance Training Manager at a top 40 law firm.

Jo currently delivers training in many compliance subjects, both to the public and in-house clients, on AML, GDPR, SRA Accounts Rules and courses designed specifically for the MLRO, DPO, COLP and COFA.

She is a qualified NVQ assessor and holds a Certificate In Education for Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector.

She was highly commended in June 2011 by the Legal Education and Training Group (LETG) in the category Best Programme for Lawyers for Solicitors Accounts Rules training. She was shortlisted in the Compliance Trainer of the Year category in the C5 Women in Compliance Awards in 2014.
