Senior Community Care Lawyer (PQE 5+)

This is a senior appointment for a self-motivated, ambitious and experienced senior lawyer who has handled cases in most of our practice areas, specifically well-versed in understanding the needs of our client base, involving working with vulnerable people on complex issues. Your background will include conducting your own advocacy in the Court of Protection and /or applying public law principles to privately funded case work, including challenging public law decisions by Judicial Review.

You will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and will have demonstrable experience of supervising colleagues and providing external training courses.
