Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive

An opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our long-established law firm located in Worthing, who is at least 3 years qualified and holds full STEP membership.

This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of the Private Client team. You will be responsible for running your own caseload and reporting to the team leader. There is also a clear opportunity for partnership for the right candidate.

The role will include drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Declarations of Trust, dealing with Trust administration and the administration of estates as well as providing tax planning advice to a range of clients.

There will be plenty of scope for client contact.

You will be joining a very busy team so you will need to be energetic, enthusiastic, work well under pressure and be a good team player. You will have excellent communications skills and be able to demonstrate commitment and drive whilst delivering high quality service at all times.
