Office Administration Assistant

Engleharts Solicitors in Hove seek an office administration assistant to help ensure the smooth running of this busy office.

This full time role will suit someone who seeks a rewarding career within a professional services firm, is enthusiastic, efficient, organised and hard-working with good attention to detail. You would have excellent time management and interpersonal skills and be able to work well both independently and as part of a team.

You will need to be very organised and able to prioritise a changing ‘to do’ list, whilst working accurately with a positive and flexible approach to tasks. Some of your daily duties may include, but are not limited to, photocopying, scanning, ordering office supplies and stationery, retrieving files, updating both written and electronic records accurately. Covering reception as and when needed. Taking DX, post and banking at the end of each day.

Whilst not essential, the ideal candidate will have had experience of working in a legal environment. Strong IT skills are desirable. Training will be provided to the right candidate. This is an ideal first role in an office environment. The salary for this role will be in line with the Living Wage.
