NQ Solicitor/Legal Executive – Property Litigation

An opportunity for a qualified Legal Executive or newly qualified solicitor has arisen to join our Property Litigation team.

The role will initially be on a one year contract to cover maternity leave but there will be the possibility of retention for the right person as this is a team that is constantly growing.

This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of the team, who have been ranked by both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners as leaders in the field of Property Litigation. You will be responsible for running your own case load and reporting to the partners in the team. The work will include commercial and residential possession claims and service charge disputes.

The ongoing training and support provided, together with the opportunity to work alongside leaders in their field will make this a good career move for the successful candidate. They will have the opportunity be expand their legal knowledge in this area and develop invaluable litigation skills.

The ideal candidate will either be a newly qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with previous experience in this area of work, although candidates with general civil litigation experience and a good knowledge in property law will also be considered.

You will also be willing to be an advocate in the courts and tribunals and have a good work ethic, be prepared to work as part of a busy team, with enthusiasm and to possess a good working knowledge of the law together with good IT skills.

You will be joining a very busy team so you will need to be energetic, enthusiastic and work well under pressure and well with others. You will have good communication skills and be able to demonstrate commitment and drive whilst delivering high quality service at all times.
