Document Archive & Filing Clerk

Engleharts Solicitors in Hove seek a document archive and filing clerk.

This is an established role which involves a high attention to detail and an ability to physically move and analyse a large number of files on a daily basis. We are looking for someone organised and hard-working with excellent, fast and accurate reading and comprehension skills, who can work well both independently and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will possess some basic legal knowledge or have had experience of working in a legal practice. Strong typing and computer/IT skills are both essential, together with an ability to use Excel, Word and Outlook.
