Wellbeing in the Workplace for Law Firm Leaders
Description
Wellbeing in the Workplace for Law Firm Leaders
A practical webinar for Managing Partners, HR Managers and Practice Managers who want stronger performance, lower risk and a healthier workplace culture.
Nearly 60% of legal professionals reported poor mental health, while half said they had experienced frequent anxiety over the past 12 months, according to LawCare’s 2025 Life in the Law Report. In a profession built on precision, responsiveness and client trust, the cost shows up fast: avoidable attrition, lost productivity and leadership time, increased grievances and reputational exposure.
In this webinar, Amy White from Loch will provide a clear, practical understanding of workplace wellbeing, covering what it encompasses, why it matters commercially and legally and what effective action looks like.
The webinar will:
- Cover the different facets of workplace wellbeing including psychological, emotional, social, financial, physical and professional wellbeing.
- Explore mental health, stress and burnout including clarifying terminology, identifying signs to spot and considering legal duties to comply with.
- Examine inclusion as a wellbeing issue including understanding the benefits of ‘belonging’ and the risks of ‘bias’.
- Outline what law firm leaders can do to take practical, commercially focused action.
