An overview of the law and procedure in TOLATA claims which is accessible to both family and civil lawyers. The aim of the webinar is to provide attendees with an understanding of the different types of TOLATA claims, when such claims can be brought and the legal tests that need to be met. Attendees will also be provided with an overview of the procedure for bringing and defending such claims, as well as the types of orders that the Court can make and updates on the most recent case law. The webinar is open to all attendees, whether they want to develop a better understanding of TOLATA claims or refresh their existing knowledge.
