Quarterly Compliance Update for Law Firms
Description
Quarterly Compliance Update for Law Firms
It’s that time again! Another quarter has passed and 2025 has started off at another brisk pace on the compliance front.
We have seen further fines in relation to AML compliance. The SRA are issuing warnings to firms over sham litigation. They are also still in their consultation around the holding of client monies. The Sra have also started their spot checks on accountants reports. We have updates to the Transparency International CPI for 2024 and also we are waiting for the NCA annual statistics and an update to the high risk third country list in February. And the list goes on ……….
Have you ever wished you could go to one place to get all your updates. Well now you can!
This is our first quarterly compliance update of 2025 – one webinar every quarter throughout the year to keep you on the right track. We will be looking at all the new releases from the SRA and the regulations and guidance together with some of the key news items to learn lessons from.
I can’t give you a full agenda at the moment as we don’t know what’s going to be released for the rest of this quarter but we will look at all the new changes and updates from late December, January, February and early March in this webinar.
Join us on this lunchtime session to keep you up to date!
