It’s that time again! Another quarter has passed and, as we approach the end of 2025, what a year it has been! Quarter 4 hasn’t disappointed either!

With the recent news that the FCA are going to be taking over from the SRA in relation to anti-money laundering supervision it is not surprising that we wondering what the future holds. Since our last update we have also had a new National Risk Assessment and a new SRA Sectoral Risk Assessment together with lots of other updates here and there.

Our quarterly update will give let you know everything that’s new and keep you up to date.

This is our last quarterly update for 2025 – have we kept the best until last?.  We will be looking at all the new releases from the SRA and the regulations and guidance together with some of the key news items to learn lessons from.

I can’t give you a full agenda at the moment as I don’t know what’s going to be released over the new few weeks until our session, but I am sure it will be packed with lots of nuggets of information for you to take away.
